Production Trainee - Manufacturing/Automotive (0-1 yrs)
Training Period : 02 Years
Location : Jigani, Anekal Taluk, Bangalore
Qualification : Diploma/ITI/ Diploma with BE/Btech
Specialization/Branch : Mechanical /Tool and Die Making /Automobile
Experience : Freshers and Candidates with Experience up to 01 years in Manufacturing /Automotive domain
Safety & 5S :
1. Carry out regular safety checks
2. Perform 5'S'
3. Follow autonomous maintenance guidelines
Production :
- Carry out production in CNC-turning/grinding/spline rolling and in assembly of pumps/columns/Half shafts
- Co-ordinate with supporting function for required support
- Maintaining cell documentation
- Handling automation and Robots @ floor
- Troubleshooting in machines for quality issues and minor breakdowns
- Qualifying the first/last part of the regular production
- Perform setup/Change over in allotted machines within specified time
- To perform Kaizen/cell improvement activities
- Achieving the production target in deployed cells
Quality :
- Produce quality parts as defined in check sheets
- Avoid N.C parts moving to the next station/customer
- Perform daily scrapping of N.C parts and track N.C details
- Alert immediate supervisor if any deviation
- Carry regular check for prone to defect problems
Discipline :
- Follow the internal standards as defined in documents
- Follow the break timing strictly
- Maintain floor hygiene
- Avoid accidents by continuous alertness
