Program Execution Manager (6-15 yrs)
Job Responsibility :
- To look after entire lifecycle of DBM road construction projects, from planning & resource allocation to execution & delivery.
- Must have a strong background in both operational management & project execution, with a deep understanding of DBM road construction processes, quality, safety, team coordination.
- Single point of contact for making all arrangements to manage day to site activities related to DBM road construction ensuring execution of work with quality, safety.
- Coordination with hot mix plant teams, Dumper Drivers, Site supervisors, labor contractor to achieve daily milestone.
- Manage road construction projects from planning to completion.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on project scope, timeline, and budget.
- Oversee road maintenance and repair operations
