Program Manager

Responsible for delivering sustainable business results with full AOP accountability. Directly responsible for orders, revenue, income, cash Flow, CAPEX investments & manpower planning. Is responsible to manage customer relationships, build and develop business penetration across regions.

- Driving business growth and improving regional penetration by closely working with regional stakeholders / customers. Create sustainable growth, competitive and differentiation strategies and promotes innovation across teams.

- Improve customer satisfaction and perception, and promptly resolves customer issues for continuous and improved business volume.

Understand customer related critical to quality measures and then driving business improvement through improving these measures.

- Effectively meet customer needs, build productive customer relationships and take responsibility for customer satisfaction. Achieve and exceed quality and key business objectives.

- Ensure skills and competency management of engineering teams - assessment and development, to remain in alignment with long term growth plans by continuously providing timely feedback and planning relevant development activities

Desired Profile

Degree in engineering with 15+ year's relevant experience.

Proven track record in project management and delivery of technology based projects to the process industries

- Managed multiple complex projects (delivered on-time, meeting client requirements, with high team satisfaction)

- Should have handled large Global Projects / Programs.
