Project Architect - Apparel Retail Industry (3-5 yrs)
Must have experience in Designing of Apparel Retail Industry
- Designing Store Layout
- Space Planning
- Construction Drawings
- Estimates & BOQs
- Interior Designing (Must be proficient in industry standard designing software and tools)
- Coordination with the vendors, site engineers, contractors and inhouse teams
- Execution (End to End) - Furniture, Fixtures, Lighting, Music System, CCTV
- Project Execution
- Vendor Negotiation
- Manage Cost and ensure that the project is within the budget
- Timely Project Completion
- Interact / Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
