Project Architect - Real Estate (3-6 yrs)
- Position:- Liasoning/Project Architect
Role Description & Responsibilities:
- This is a full-time role as part of the real estate vertical of the group.
- The group has 4 active Real Estate Projects within Mumbai and is expanding its footprint in South Mumbai.
- The candidate should be - Well versed with the Mumbai DCR,
- Feasibility Analysis
- Make basic Design fitment of the project
- Process of submission of files for Redevelopment and Slum Rehabilitation Projects.
- Make various applications for remarks etc to various Govt Authorities including MCGM
- Co-ordinate with various consultants on the project
- Visit Govt Offices if required for approvals
- Make presentations to Societies
Position: Project Architect/ Business Development Manager
- Preferred skills and qualifications
- Degree in Architecture or from NICMAR or equivalent
