- Understanding AUTOCAD Drawings, Coordinating with Technicians & Clients/ Vendors on their Day to Day activities (Cable Pulling, Termination, Testing, Installing the Equipment- s, Building the racks, Labeling), Planning & Reporting Day-Day activities, Documentation, Team Handling.
- Good communication (written & spoken), decision making, managing crisis situations, logical and analytical thinking, project management skills, installation & VC system integration skills, creating of project documentation, Time bound Management.
- Requirements Analysis, Project Management, Process Improvement, Technical Understanding, Documentation Skills, Safety Management, Supervision, Understanding of CAD, CAD/CAM Circuit Design
Responsibilities - The ability to explain design ideas and plans clearly and decision-making ability, Interpret clients' requirements and Identify engineering problems and ensure solutions are implemented Selecting Vendors for each Project
- Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans; conferring with management
- Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies, preparing project schedule by studying project plan, specifications & design documents; calculating time requirements.
- Site visit should be made upon receiving of new projects, before or after internal kick off meeting based on project Requirement.
- Follow up with Sales coordinator - Projects or Sr. Executive - Project Management on materials dispatch/arrival details on regular basis.
- On Site - Liaison with Architects, Clients, Sub Contractors or Agencies, etc.
- Preparation of dependency list based on the site condition and follow through with the respective stake holders at site for clearance of these dependencies.
- Initiate staging of materials within 2 days of receipt of same at site and raise RMA requests with co-ordinator for any faulty equipments / DOA equipments / damaged equipments.
- Laying Cables and Terminating Connectors, Installing AV Equipment- s, Testing AV Equipment's.
- Maintains and shares project schedule by monitoring project progress on a daily basis and reports back to Project controller on the status.
- Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions
- Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions, Make schedule report to execute or implement the assigned project. The report should be sent to Dept Head - Projects and Sr. Exec - Project Management.
- Report day to day activities to Concerned Head & Acquire product knowledge on timely basis.
- Implementation of equipment's as per Purchase Order and Sign Off of AV Solution/Design/Drawings.
