Job Description:
- Responsible for day-to-day coordination with project stakeholders, reviewing engineering drawings, technical specifications, cost estimates for change orders, review & analyze planning and quality documentation. Proficient in MSP & PPT. Preferably Nicmar / SPA graduate.
- Close coordination with consultants and vendors to ensure quality control at site and implementation of key processes, maintaining detail documentation & control of the entire project. Comprehensive follow ups on drawing submissions, material delivery with all stakeholders.
- Preparing & maintaining the trackers, progress reports, tracking the schedule, MIS, closeout reports.
- Managing and coordinating project Execution along with planning, documenting and bill certifications.
