Project Coordinator - Construction (6-10 yrs)

1. Be the anchor for all project coordination between stake holders, design team (Architects/Structural consultants/MEP consultants etc.), execution agencies and site

2. Undertake project planning and scheduling of activities and following up to get the activities done in time and as per needs.

3. Ensuring coordination between all design consultants towards preparation of concept drawings, schematic drawings, working drawings etc. 


- Ensuring that the design and final working drawings are in accordance with the consultant/architectural standards as well as statutory regulations/approvals.

4. Responsible for budget tracking and proposing of specifications based upon inputs from design consultants. Helping the planning team with scheduling and project planning when needed.

5. Responsible for supervision and quality-control of drawings and design management. Ensuring design information is of the right quality and keeps pace with project timelines.

6. Ensuring the design process recognizes current legislation, standards, and codes of practice, and drawings in accordance with the statutory and regulatory building requirements.

7. Be responsible for design documentation as well as contracts related to the projects.

8. Carry out meetings with the management and site team members and make presentations during team meetings.

9. Assess drawings received from consultants and review along with other team members before execution.

10. Timely prediction of resources. Planning of material requirement and ensuring availability in coordination with procurement team.

11. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to achieve best possible quality standards in conformance to high EHS standards of the project. Establish and maintain relationships with vendors

12. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

13. Develop a detailed project plan to track progress. Manage construction schedule and activities

14. Make MIS/Project Progress Updates for senior management as well as for effective project controls.

15. Understand, review and prepare CAD drawings for the project as and when required.

16. Provide necessary support to site and corporate office senior management in effective project tracking

- BE Civil with 6 to 10 years- experience in a complex multi-storied building construction project (not just interior fit-outs) with intense MEP services - HVAC, Electrical, PHE and other allied services.
