Project Coordinator - Constructions Industry (0-2 yrs)
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage execution of Civil & interiors/MEP part of the project
- Co-ordinate between Project Manager & Vendor partners for smooth execution
- Co-ordinate between project's team & internal team i.e., design, procurement etc
- Lead the entire documentation process for the project assigned starting with method statements, WPRs, DPRs, & other project documentation
- Work with the PM on micro scheduling & subsequent tracking - MSP/Primavera

- Ensure EHS compliance on site
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil), Post Graduate Degree in Construction Management
- Excellent Interpersonal & Communication skills
- Experience with budget management and Project planning skills
- Strategic thinker and leader with Consulting experience with a focus on operations management
- Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., MSP)
- Multi-tasking skillsets and ability to work under pressure
- MS office skills -Good at preparing high impact presentations
- Proven experience organizing and directing multiple teams and departments
