Project Coordinator - Transmission & Distribution - EPC (3-7 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning & Coordination: Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules, work plans, and progress tracking.
Coordinate between engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure seamless execution. Ensure project activities align with contract specifications, safety standards, and company policies.
2. Stakeholder Communication: Act as a bridge between internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities. Organize and participate in project meetings, preparing reports and minutes of meetings. Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to senior management.
3. Procurement & Material Management: Support procurement processes, ensuring timely delivery of materials and equipment.
Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to avoid delays in project execution.
4. Risk & Quality Management: Identify potential risks and work with the project team to developmitigation strategies. Ensure that quality control measures and safety standards are followed at each project phase.
5. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project documentation, including contracts, approvals, permits, and change orders. Track project expenditures and assist in cost control to stay within budget.
6. Site Coordination & Support: Assist in resolving on-site challenges by coordinating with field teams and engineers.Conduct site visits to ensure work progress and adherence to safety protocols.
Required Experience & Skills:
Education & Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.
Experience: 3- 7 years of experience in project coordination or management within the T&D EPC sector.
