Project Director (20-25 yrs)
Education: Min.: BE in Civil/Mech/Elec/ECE. If Diploma, minimum experience of 20+ years
Age Max: 60 Years only.
Computer Literacy is a Must
Minimum Team Size Handled: 20+
Preferred (Not compulsory): Worked with OEMs /Worked in ECoR
Languages Compulsory: English, Hindi (Good to have: Odiya)
Location is: Dhamra Port, Bhadrak District, Coconat Island, Odisha
Technical Experience
1. Should have handled a similar project before with any of Track, OHE and Opxn. involved and compulsory working knowledge of S&T systems
2. Mainline maintenance/ works execution experience on a busy line
3. Preferably familiar with material handling systems in large manufacturing units or ports
4. Managerial Experience: Experience of setting up processes and teams
5. Generate reports and maintain MIS
6. Client facing roles involving multiple interfaces
7. Able to interact efficiently with all stakeholders effected by/ interested in the project
8. Excellent trouble-shooting capability with prior experience involving similar challenges
