Project Director - High Rise Projects - Real Estate (12-20 yrs)
Completion of allocated projects within budgets according to time and quality standards set by the company by taking key decisions that impact project schedules, budgets and quality and providing guidance to the project team for smooth execution.
- Provide inputs to the design, planning and coordination teams before the commencement of the projects.
- Ensure robust planning for the project
- Adopt appropriate technologies that ease constructions and enhance productivity.
- Well versed with the construction of high rise buildings, building codes and other technical aspects of construction.
- Knowledge of MEP aspects of projects, Strong Project Management Skills.
- 12+ years of construction/project management experience in Highrised Residential / Large Township / Mixed use development projects.Candidates having middle east experience with large contracting firms would be preferred for this role
