Project Engineer (2-7 yrs)
- Hands-on experience in design, application and commissioning of PLC / DCS, SCADA and instrumentation systems
1. The position does the control design, programming, documentation, testing and site commissioning of electrical, instrumentation and automation control system projects
2. Responsible for detailed design, engineering, procurement and commissioning of assigned projects on time.
3. Perform detailed design and engineering of assigned projects .
4. Prepare detailed design, engineering, installation, operation and maintenance specifications and instructions.
5. Ensure / Prepare detailed engineering documents like : cable schedule, IO list, Tag database, FDS, BID, engineering drawings etc..
6. Conduct FAT and testing for assigned projects and shall be responsible for inspection clearance
7. Daily submission of timesheet and signed CSR.
8. Software coding and application development for PLC/DCS logic, SCADA and MIS
9. Shall be the primary interface to the customer for project implementation and all support requirements during the life cycle of the project including during warranty and AMC period
10. Provide ontime support and solutions to customer technical and field issues and concerns
11. Performs project management duties for customer and development projects, as assigned by his/her supervisor.
12. Create and handover documentation necessary for the customer including: product information, application guides, as built drawings / documentation, O&M manual at the time of project handover.
13. Create project backups and archiving associated application tools and be able to interact with company resources via network or otherwise.
14. Prepares material/hours estimates for assigned projects and changes / modifications and new requirements .
15. Responsible for customer satisfaction and retention
