Job Description :

- Responsible for handling projects in conjunction with project manager from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, time, and cost, leveraging on internal and external resources.

- Project Manager to prepare the planning and implementation of the project, define project scope & tasks, resource requirements & manage the project budget, tracking and reporting of the project progress, management of project changes and interventions

- Leading in the initiation of the project studies and development of project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans; conferring with project manager

- Development of project scope and specifications studying user requirements, collect project requirements, assist project team in completing technical studies; preparing cost estimates. Coordinating with project stakeholders concerning project requirements & deliverables.

- Developing and maintaining full scale project plans and time lines, monitoring of project progress, coordinating activities and resolving problems. Controlling of the project plan by reviewing design, specifications, plan and schedule changes, recommending actions

- Creating and reviewing of the contractual documents; tender documents, contractual submittals and other documents. Reviewing project specification, quotations, tender documents and project related submittals.

- Performing fieldwork necessary to gather data and site requirements needed to define the project deliverables, technical requirements and specifications. Perform and verify engineering calculations as required.

- Preparing, developing, reviewing and updating of engineering drawings, process flow diagrams, P&IDs, layouts, equipment specifications, items list and create Project Documents related to project life cycle; Scope, Cost, Time, Project Specifications, SOW, BOM, BOQ, RFQ, RFP. etc and maintains project database are up to date.

- Coordinating with suppliers and execute the process to get competitive bids as needed for the development of equipment specifications, assess equipment proposals from suppliers and make recommendations. Reviewing of proposals and preparing technical analysis and cost estimates.

- Planning and implementing tasks such as test procedures and commissioning plans. Develops systematic approach to commissioning and site acceptance plans based on contractual requirements. Confirming of product performance by conducting tests as per acceptance criteria.

- Facilitating, managing and following-up the purchasing and procurement process

- Coordinating within the project team and with other departments to implement the project for the department. Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules and regulations.

- Acting as a processing subject matter expert, providing guidance and expertise to plant operations, project stakeholders and other functions as required by the project

- Leading in proactive problem solving efforts in troubleshooting and resolving process equipment issues, diagnoses technical problems and determines short-term and long-term solutions.

- Mentoring and developing less senior project engineers. Alternates for colleagues when requested by the management.
