Project Engineer - PLC/Scada - Industrial Automation (4-7 yrs)
Job Description :
- Direct liaison with client/consultant with regard to all technical issues with the provision that all correspondence is copied to the Project Manager.
- Technical Compliance with the Project Specifications & International Standards
- Responsible for the detailed engineering like system architecture, FDS, and design documents for C&I system.
- Responsible for the detailed engineering, configuration and testing of the interfaces to various sub-systems
- Preparation of Instrument datasheets, specifications, BOQ & Hook-up details
- Responsible for generating FAT /SAT documents
- Responsible for the system software configuration, development and testing of the Application Software (DCS/PLC/SCADA/HMI)
- Liaison with Project Document Controller for maintaining Project Document Register.
- Adhering to the Project Schedule & Project Quality Plan
- Preparation of Purchase requisitions for Control System Hardware
- Co-ordination with Production team for Assembly & Integration of the control system
- Co-ordination with Design department for getting the CAD deliverables & Panel design details
- Planning & execution of Pre-FAT, FAT, IFAT with client
- Lead the FAT, SAT & Commissioning activities
- Conducting Training to client.
Salary:INR 4,00,000 - 7,00,000 P.A.
