Responsibilities :

1. Project Planning : Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables. Utilize PERT (Program Evaluation Review Technique) and Gantt charts to establish project milestones and track progress throughout the project lifecycle.

2. Project Execution : Oversee and manage the entire process of solar PV plant project execution, from inception to project handover on-site. Ensure the smooth coordination and collaboration of all project stakeholders, including internal teams, contractors, and suppliers.

3. Procurement and Availability Check : Work closely with the procurement team to identify and source the required materials and equipment for the project. Conduct availability checks to ensure timely delivery and maintain project timelines.

4. Installation and Commissioning : Supervise the installation teams during the on-site installation process. Ensure that all activities are carried out safely and in accordance with project specifications and industry standards. Oversee the commissioning of the solar PV plant to ensure its proper functioning and compliance with quality standards.

5. Quality Assurance : Implement stringent quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure that all components and systems meet the required standards and specifications.

6. Budget and Cost Control : Monitor project costs and expenses, ensuring adherence to the allocated budget. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising on the quality and performance of the solar PV plant.

7. Stakeholder Communication : Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communication with internal teams, clients, contractors, and suppliers. Provide regular updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues that may arise.

8. Health and Safety Compliance : Enforce strict adherence to health and safety regulations on-site. Promote a safety-first culture and ensure that all team members follow proper safety procedures.

9. Documentation : Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, plans, progress updates, and final project reports.

Requirements :

1. Bachelor's degree (B.Tech) in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

2. Proven experience (5-6 years) in the successful execution of solar PV projects, including installation and commissioning.

3. Strong knowledge of PERT and Gantt charts for project planning and monitoring.

4. Familiarity with solar PV plant components, systems, and relevant industry standards.

5. Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

6. Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively coordinate project teams and stakeholders.

7. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

8. Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to construction and renewable energy projects.

9. Ability to work independently and problem-solve proactively.
