Project Head - Civil - Commercial Site - Real Estate (7-15 yrs)
Project Head - Civil (for an upcoming Commercial Site of a very reputed group at Gwalior location)
We are looking for a highly experienced person working at similar position of a Project Head for a upcoming Commercial site of a very reputed group, having total construction area of 3.00 lakh sq ft plus. (Job location - Gwalior, MP)
Note - The person should have 7-10 years of experience and must have completed a similar project as head of the project.
We need this position to head the project for the following :
- Civil construction.
- Interior
- Services ( AC/Plumbing/electrical etc)
- Prepare budget and timelines for the project and track them.
- Prepare BOQ and issue tenders and RFQ
- Identify, negotiate and appoint contractors
- Identify, negotiate with vendors for materials and equipment's
- Coordinate with architect/interior designer/service consultant
- Provide support to liasoning team for approvals and certificates
