Project Head - Civil for a Commercial Site of a very reputed group - Gwalior location
Please Note - "We are looking for a highly experienced person who has a very good exposure in Project Management of Malls & Commercial SITES" to head/lead the Commercial site of a very reputed group, having total construction area of more than 3.00 lakh sq ft. at Gwalior location
The person should have 7-10 years of experience and must have head/lead the project of similar capacity.
We need this position to head the project for the following :
- Civil construction.
- Interior
- Services ( AC/Plumbing/electrical etc)
- Prepare budget and timelines for the project and track them.
- Prepare BOQ and issue tenders and RFQ
- Identify, negotiate and appoint contractors
- Identify, negotiate with vendors for materials and equipment's
- Coordinate with architect/interior designer/service consultant
- Provide support to liasoning team for approvals and certificates
