Job specification :

- Project Management, Project Planning, Procurement and Contract Management, Construction and site Management

- Experience in Jetty, tank, pipeline construction

- Interact with customer, understand requirements and establish a shared project vision between customer and team.

- Review project requirements, suggest solutions to areas of conflict and recommend improvements wherever applicable.

- Guide planning team in developing project plans, schedules, work breakdown structures, cost breakdown structures, Progress reports, Catch Up Plans and other resources required to ensure timely and quality execution.

- Plan and coordinate activities, addressing scope or budget issues and ensuring the allocation of sufficient resources for project success

- Preparation of Contractual letters, Change Order Management, Claims, delay analysis and dispute resolution including Arbitration

- Project Procurement and Commercial support / Guidance to Project Team till installation completion and final handover

- Guide team members in arrangement of Utility and Balance of Plant system viz preparation of daily / weekly / monthly work schedules, monitor project progress and build the capacity of the team to work effectively together.

- Evaluate team performance, guide and coach members to enhance performance and potential, training and Development, resource identification and mobilization etc..

- Coordinate with all project stakeholders to keep the project assigned with the project plan.

- Ensure project success in terms of scope and customer satisfaction and that the project is implemented within time and cost parameters

Candidates profile : BE with min 15 years of experience in Project management related activities.
