Role and Responsibilities :
- The role of Head Projects (Structural) is a crucial position within our organization. As the Head Projects, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall erection of structures, equipment, and EOT cranes for all future projects. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring 100% safety compliance in all project activities
- Maintaining 100% quality compliance through adherence to QAP, Erection protocols, and WPS/PQR
- Maintaining project timelines by effectively planning and executing construction activities
- Driving cost-effectiveness through resource optimization and cost-saving measures
Candidate Qualifications :
To be considered for this role, you must have :
- Bachelor of Engineering - Bachelor of Technology (B.E./B.Tech.) degree
- 15 to 20 years of experience in Project execution in the mechanical department of Iron & Steel or Pipe plants
Required Skills :
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills :
- Proficiency in MS Project
- Experience in SAP
- Experience in Structural projects
