Project Lead/Architecture - Luxury Real Estate (7-12 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage all aspects of the project from initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Develop and maintain project plans, including tasks, resources, and timelines, to track progress and ensure adherence to project goals.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Monitor and control project risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively identifying and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders and senior management, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Manage project budget, including forecasting, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost effective resource allocation.
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, providing guidance, support, and motivation to project team members.
- Conduct regular project meetings, facilitating effective communication and decision making.
- Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Education : Bachelor's/Masters degree in Architecture degree preferred.
Qualifications : Relevant certifications in architecture and technology.
Industry of Work Experience : 6+ years of experience in architecture and design with work experience with some Real Estate company with hands on working experience on Luxury residential projects or Luxury Malls.
Language Requirements : Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Technical and Hard Skills : Strong understanding of software architecture principles and patterns, experience with REVIT is a BIG Plus.
Soft Skills : Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Personal Qualities and Physical Abilities : Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask and manage competing priorities, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
