Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of our construction projects. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of project management, from budgeting and scheduling to resource allocation and risk management. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage civil construction projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and environmental guidelines.
- Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Manage project budgets, including cost control and financial reporting.
- Oversee procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction activities and ensure adherence to project plans.
- Foster a positive and productive working environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
