Project Manager - Civil (10-15 yrs)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Monitoring of execution of civil works in accordance with the contract.
- Time & Quality control.
- Preparation of tenders & contract management documents.
- Records & documentation of project work. Follow ups on status of projects
- Assist project head for project related functions.
- Preparation of Tenders, drawings, evaluation & contract management.
- Responsible for the respective activity of the projects.
- Ensure quality of work and the materials used for the projects to ensure the required quality standards are followed at all times.
Prerequisites.
- Should have 10-12 years in similar position.
- Should have experience in commercial projects.
- Experience in monitoring time & quality control of the ongoing projects is must.
