Designation: Project Manager Civil
Reporting to Project In- charge
Industry: Real Estate/ Civil construction
Project: Apartment Project
Experience: 12 Years
Qualification: Essential: B.E. / B. Tech Civil from institute of repute and good passing grades
CTC: Negotiable
Notice Period: 30 Days (max)
Essential: 10 - 15 yrs in construction of reside
Work Experience: residential high rise/ Apartment/ commercial projects
Key Results Areas
- Project Planning: Allocation of manpower, plant and machinery etc. to complete the project within schedule time.
- Project Execution: As per defined quality, budget, timelines, SOPs and defined Safety/ HSE guidelines
- Project Review: Regular monitoring of construction schedule.
- Implementation of New technology and processes
- Regular coordination with vendors / contractors for smooth operations at the site.
- Site team management
- Meeting timelines for defined plans ( eg 6 monthly look ahead plan)
- Meeting defined quality and safety/ HSE standards: (Implementing quality assurance and quality control measures at execution site)
- Ensure adherence to all defined SOPs as regards to construction schedule, quality and safety.
- Implementation of the new technology/ processes introduced for effective execution/ cost saving
Technical / Soft Skills required : Ability to work in MS Office - MSP, Excel, Auto Cad, Working knowledge of Quality Assurance
