KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Shop Fit outs - quality and time adherence
- Ensure that the milestones are met and tenant fit out is carried out in the specified period and approved store design
- Assist to project costs involved in extra work on site during the fit out process and report to client on the same.
- Ensure that the house rules are implemented
- Identify snag list before final completion of tenant fit outs and issuance of T4 certificate- Quality check and follow the mall guidelines
- Fit out completion as per given fit out free period
- Liaise with the leasing team for Tenant Release Forms
- Liaise with the MEP personnel of both client and tenant to ensure adherence to TCD
Kiosk Fit out
- Adherence to quality and time
Tenant briefing
- Liaise with Tenant's for their site briefing, schedule on fit out, shell handover etc
- Ensure the shell handover as per the agreement
- Create milestone certificates and Issue to tenants at important milestones
Documentation/SOF closure
- Close the shop account on all aspects from design, technical design, commercials, settle account for deposits, fit out allowances, compliances and duly signed by client, mall management, financial head and hand over to operations
- Document all communication, milestones, certificates, account closure, as built plans and details and hand over to management
Reports & MIS
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports
- Submit weekly TC reports, Mall progress report to the developer
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Education : Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Interior Designer
Experience : 4 to 5 years of work experience in construction project management
