Job Description for Project Manager

Position : Project Manager

Education : Degree or diploma in civil engineering

Experience : 7-8 years (Project Manager)

Location : Sarjapur Road (Working @ Site Projects)

Salary : Project Manager (upto 7lacs annum)

Technical Skills:

1. Minimum experience in construction of High Rise residential/commercial/villa projects with Degree or diploma in civil engineering

2. Capable to plan and execute daily activities at site

3. Should project and determine all required resources and materials required in advance

4. Planning all operations and schedules in advance

5. Hire required contractors to allocated jobs and responsibilities

6. Should be able to understand the project requirements and specifications

7. Reports and submissions to management on frequent basis

8. In depth understanding of construction procedures, material requirements and project management principles

9. In depth knowledge of the field works (or practical experience).

Soft Skills:

Ability to lead a team on own.

Good organizational and time management, communication skills

Should be a very good team player

Good negotiation skills with vendors

Self-determined
