Projects Manager (Restaurant industry-Civil work) (6-10 yrs)

Qualification : B.Tech / BE (Civil)

CTC budget : Rs. 13 Lacs PA inclusive of PLI

Duties and Responsibilities :

- Preparation of the project schedule.

- Review the project plans and specifications and comment on the design, scheduling, and possible cost saving measures and highlight any potential issues.

- Prepare the project budget.

- Standardizing BOQ as per concept

- Appointment of consultants / project management consultants / contractors / kitchen equipment suppliers etc.

- Have confidence in own ability to intelligently communicate with design team as well as effectively lead all third party suppliers.

- Expedite all shop drawings and approvals.

- Monitor and maintain the project construction schedule on a weekly basis.

- Raise and discuss relevant issues at site meetings.

- Prepare & issue minutes of all project meetings.

- Inform the Consultant of any errors, discrepancies or omissions contained within the design drawings.

- Expedite all change order costs and ensure the client has approved everything prior to implementation.

- Monitor site safety and ensure that the requirements of the company HSE policy.

- Ensure completion of and track all independent testing and inspections as required.

- Maintain and enforce excellent construction standards and quality control.

- Control and monitor labour, material and equipment expenses.

- Work with procurement to introduce new suppliers into the business.

- All finishing related items, in co-ordination with Designers

- List down construction materials, electrical and plumbing materials and standardize the same

- Vetting of BOQ along with PMC/Designers

- Negotiation and finalization of contractor along with Head Projects

- Manage his team for smooth project execution and handover
