We're Hiring a PROJECT MANAGER FOR EPC Company

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Construction/Mechanical Project Manager OR Senior Engineer

- Exp Required of 10 to 14 years

- Exp in Projects executed in Oil & Gas, Refineries, Petrochemicals, Fertilizers, Industrial Sectors

- Problem-resolution and planning and managing projects from inception through completion.

- Experienced in supervising all levels of technicians, engineers, Client relationships

- Excellent oral and written communication skill.

ROLES:

- Adept at planning, executing and spearheading & providing advices to construction projects involving engineering, site construction, development, contract administration, resource planning with a flair for adopting modern construction methodologies/techniques in compliance with quality standards.

- Thorough in project management, planning & organizing and technical aspects of including implementation, troubleshooting and analysis for improvements

- Effective Project & site Management with Planning

- Should have experience of working and handling Construction projects in Tanks, LPG Mounded Bullets, Spherical Tanks, Crude Oil Tanks, LNG Tanks, UG / AG Piping and Structural Fabrication & Erection

Should be able to interpret Contract clauses

- Material planning & management

- Should be able to analyze construction billings, measurement & Commercial operations - Management of project risk & planning were carried out effectively

- Should be able to administer the program budget, schedule and quality targets

- Should be able to analyze Daily, Weekly & Monthly targets and work progress. Accordingly take initiative to meet deadlines - Control and manage site progress vis-- -vis planned schedule

- Analyze Project cost, procurement, manpower productivity, equipment output, material wastages, rejections, rework and administrative expenses and check vendors & contractors bills

- Ensured for Timely billing and collections, involve in Client's scope delivery and approvals, and ensure Project execution is technically in line as per terms of contract - Update Management to ensure overall direction and integrity of the projects

- Controlling and monitoring the project on grounds of profitability and original project planning

- Arrange site based meeting with Clients along with project coordinator and finalize the required resource.

- Involve in finalization of project cost budget and project control activities

- Plan and identify various resource viz. manpower, tools and tackles, consumables etc. for the site as envisaged in the control budget

- Coordinate with statutory agencies and obtain necessary license/permissions required for the concerned Project

- Organize kick off meeting with Client / subcontractor and provide necessary inputs for them to carry out the erection, commissioning as per sequence and schedules finalised by clients
