Project Manager - Construction (18-22 yrs)
BE/Diploma : Civil
- Experience in high-rise construction mandatory. (G+35 storey).
- Overall responsible for project planning, organizing, directing a team of engineers & professionals, adhering to Contractual Obligations.
- Budget preparation, mobilization of Site Infrastructure, Monitoring Overall administration of the project, providing safe working environment, prime focus on completion of project within given timeframe and maintaining quality of work. Ensure timely submission of monthly RA bills, purchase bills etc.
- Certification of Final bill & monthly reconciliation of materials at site, Control over wastage, MIS review, cash- flow monitoring & controlling site expenses, Conducting daily & monthly review meeting to achieve daily and monthly progress, liaising with consultant & client on project related issues for on time payment release, Early process of Variations & claims. Managing fund & liability at site.
