Project Manager - Construction (7-10 yrs)
Job Description :
- 7 to 10 years of Industry experience. Position can be based out of Delhi or Chennai or Pune or Ahmadabad. Although initial location will be any one out of mentioned cities but later on as per the project requirement, would be transferred internally so person should agreed on this.
- Person should have experience of working in industrial and/or warehousing construction projects through their complete lifecycle (from ground breaking to handover). First as a site engineer and later as a project engineer or project manager.
- Part of their experience can be in large residential/commercial projects (of the type that DLF/Unitech do) but there needs to be significant experience in industrial and/or warehousing construction. Experience in construction of residential bungalows, farmhouse or small scale builder flats isn't of much value.
- Team Handling- various from 4 to 6 persons depending on the number of projects he would be handling
Education : Graduate in Civil Engineering or Degree in Architecture (Tier 1 or Tier 2 college)
Candidates with Post graduate degrees from NICMAR Pune will be preferred. Degrees from other NICMAR campuses at Goa, Hyderabad) and Delhi NCR will also be an advantage.
