Project Manager - Construction Industry (3-5 yrs)
1. Project Planning and Coordination:
- Develop and implement project plans, including schedules/timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of deliverables.
2. Construction Management:
- Supervise and monitor construction activities on site to ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Monitor daily construction activities, including scheduling, logistics and materials management.
- Manage and review contractor bids, contracts, and change orders.
- Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise during the construction process to maintain project momentum and quality
3. Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, drawings, permits, and correspondence.
- Prepare comprehensive reports detailing project status, milestones, and performance metrics.
4. Budget and Cost Control:
- Monitor project expenditures and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Identify cost saving opportunities and efficiencies without compromising on project quality or timelines.
- Prepare and present regular budget reports and forecasts to stakeholders and management.
