Designation - Project Manager

Qualification - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field.

Experience- 8+ Years

Location - Bhiwandi, Thane

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure alignment with project goals and specifications.

- Conduct regular meetings to review project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.

- Establish and monitor project budgets, tracking expenses and forecasting costs to ensure financial objectives are met.

- Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and minimize waste, including manpower, materials, and equipment.

- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.

- Implement quality control measures to ensure HVAC systems meet industry standards and client requirements.

- Conduct inspections and audits throughout the project lifecycle to identify and address any deviations from specifications.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety protocols, and environmental regulations.

- Serve as the primary contact for clients, maintaining open communication and addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.

- Provide regular project updates and progress reports to clients, addressing any issues or changes in scope as necessary.

- Foster positive relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and facilitate future business opportunities.

- Identify potential risks and challenges that may impact project delivery, developing mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.

- Proactively resolve issues and conflicts as they arise, leveraging problem-solving skills and collaboration with stakeholders.

- Continuously assess project performance and implement improvements to optimize processes and outcomes
