Project Manager - Electrical (8-14 yrs)
1. Plan, manage and communicate the progress of the project, achieving milestones and maintaining momentum.
2. Facilitate resolution of issues and roadblocks
3. Provide pre-sales support.
4. Communication to prospective and current stakeholders.
5. Ensure the SOP and the checklist are followed at each stage of project execution.
6. Manage project cash flow.
7. Ensure diligent HOTO and KOM Process as being corner stone of project management.
8. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/ vendors for the flawless execution of projects to ensure resource availability and allocate.
9. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budge
10. Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
11. Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
12. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques .
13. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques - project control sheet.
14. Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
15. Establish and maintain relationships with client & third parties / vendors.
