Job Description :

Project manager is responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, executive, control and completion of project, while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments and goals of the organization.

Responsibilities will be-

1. Plan and implement projects

2. Help define project scope, goals and deliverable

3. Define tasks and required resources

4. Collect and manage project team

5. Manage budget

6. Allocate project resources

7. Create schedule and project timeline

8. Track deliverable

9. Support and direct team

10. Lead quality assurance

11. Monitor and report on project progress

12. Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions

13. Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs

14. Evaluate and assess the result of the project

Work Experience :

1. Must have worked as Project Manager in an Electronics Products Development and Manufacturing company for at least 3 years

2. Should have handled the project team of a size of more than 10 members

3. Should have extensively used the project management and tracking tools/software and techniques

4. Experience of configuring and working on OpenProject will be preferred

5. Must be involved in the controlling of Budget and Schedule of projects

6. Must have experience of handling multiple projects simultaneously running, conflict management and resolution

7. Must have experience of project progress monitoring and reporting to stakeholders and sponsors

8. Must be conversant with the change management and tracking changes, risk assessment and mitigation

9. Must have participated in atleast 5 completed mid sized product development projects (schedule of 12-26 weeks) from scope definition to implementation and maintenance phase in a lead roll, preferably as a manager 

10. Must be conversant with the project documentation of all phases

Qualification : Graduation

Working Days : 6 Days a Week (10:30 AM to 7:00 PM)
