Key Skills:

- Proficiency in Autocad software, such as Revit, with expertise in PHE/fire-fighting system modelling and detailing.

- Strong understanding of plumbing, fire-fighting, and PHE system design principles and codes

- Knowledge of BIM standards and best practices in the PHE/fire-fighting discipline.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality control.

- Site related documents need to prepare for audit

- Complete billing will be taken care of by him with measurement sheet / approvals.

- Working Out BOQ- S Coordinate with the design team, including coordination or drawing work, interior & exterior design.

Job Descriptions:

- Detailed knowledge of plumbing, fire-fighting systems.

- Collaborate with architects and other engineering disciplines to integrate PHE/fire-fighting designs in the coordination with site team.

- Ensure accuracy and completeness of PHE/fire-fighting models and associated documentation.

- Perform clash detection and resolve clashes related to PHE/fire-fighting elements.

- Generate construction documents and support the creation of as-built documentation.

- Collaborate with project teams to meet project deliverables and deadlines.

- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements technology and methodologies related to PHE/fire-fighting systems.

- Follow company/project standards, templates, and best practices.

- Assist in quality control processes and provide guidance to junior team members, its applicable.
