Job Purpose :

Should be responsible for managing the planning, design and implementation of IT & Telecom networks. Should handle a variety of different teams and to ensure that all aspects of their projects are completed on time and within budget. He/She may also be responsible for ensuring that their company meets any regulatory requirements related to network security or data privacy. Able to carry out technical part for different vendor device

Principle Accountabilities :

- Working with project teams to coordinate the team's activities and ensure that all members are working efficiently towards their goals

- Participating in meetings with senior management to discuss project status and challenges

- Planning, scheduling, and managing projects to ensure that they are completed on time and within budget constraints

- Developing a detailed project plan with milestones and deliverables for each phase of the project

- Evaluating new technology solutions to ensure that they are feasible and compatible with existing systems

- Reviewing project proposals to determine whether they meet company standards

- Coordinating with project team members on a regular basis to ensure that all tasks are being completed on time and within budget constraints

- Monitoring project progress to identify and address potential risks or issues before they become major problems

- Preparing reports detailing project status and key deliverables

- Should have knowledge of Configuring Sector Controller (Redline), Gateway, Configuring Redline Radio and Establishing PTP or PTMP communication, Configuration of access points / cisco switches / cisco router

- Sound knowledge of access control system, CCTV system, WIFI system and telecom system.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for all network projects, big and small

- Identify and manage risks and issues associated with network projects

- Coordinate resources and activities across multiple teams, both internally and externally

- Communicate project status and updates to senior management, stakeholders, and other interested parties

- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using approved change control processes

- Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members

Knowledge Skills and Experience and Job Related Competencies:

Educational Qualifications & Experience Profile :

- Bachelor degree in Electronics and Telecommunication or any relevant field

- Optional: Master degree

- Certified PMP or Prince holder

- Optional: CCNP or CCNA certified wireless or routing/switching or equivalent.

- 8-12 years of experience and minimum 5-8 year in Oil & Gas field.

Competencies/Skills/Others:

- Should be able to understand technical details.

- Sound language proves- English compulsory and entry level Arabic

- Manage multiple job simultaneously, Integrity & Loyalty.

- Ability to work with multiple projects.

- Decision making ability and leadership skills.

- Time management and organization skills.
