Summary:

We are currently seeking lead for Project Manager (PM) for Global In-house Centre operating from Bangalore. Project Manager shall be responsible for executing the project

Responsibilities:

1. Build half-yearly, yearly and a 3 Year plan of action with objectives, measurable outcomes and tracking approach for each of the functions - Procurement, Manufacturing, Marketing, Finance

2. Build multiple detailed 3 month milestones that dovetail into 3 year plan with specific budget and expected outcome that can be measured

3. Interact with principals in Company in planning action for each milestone and reviewing deliverable s

4. Definition, implementation, refresh, enhancement and maintenance of project management methodologies, tools, templates and processes.

5. Oversee relationship management with ecosystem players and regulatory agencies

6. Prepare and present dashboards to monitor progress against milestones on a monthly basis.

7. Incorporate changes and update all plans based on review inputs

8. Prepare Risk and contingency plans for the overall and 3 monthly plans. Update risks on a periodic basis and also based on incidents and market intelligence

9. Interact with government agencies to ensure smooth clearances

Qualifications:

1. Deep domain knowledge of the diesel engine, Farm equipment in India

2. Ability to independently build practices that will expand overtime and culminate into full fledged manufacturing setup

3. Minimum qualification of B.E in mechanical/automotive/industrial engineering preferably with an MBA from a reputed institution

4. At least 10 years of experience in a manufacturing setup related to automotive, diesel engine or farm equipment.
