Job Description :
- MIVAN TECHNOLOGY EXPOSURE IS MUST
- US based MNC - Project Manager for Residential Projects - Btech and PMP certified - Bangalore
Qualification : Btech/ with PMP certification/ MIVAN TECHNOLOGY is must
Responsibilities :
1. Project Management
2. Project Coordination
3. Site Planning
4. Review construction drawings
5. Coordination with all internal teams such as Quality, contract, Business Heads, Liasion etc.
Key Role :
a. Overseeing and directing projects from conception to completion
b. Reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
c. Overseeing all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
d. Review the work progress on daily basis.
Mandatory : MIVAN/ Residential building/ IT or BPO Building/ Data centre building
