Project Manager - Independent Developer - Premium Homes (10-15 yrs)
Have you handled construction of Villas/Highrises Building (Towers) ? With Experience into Mivan and Precast Fabrication?
Reporting to the Director, we expect YOU to be :
- involved yourself in the complete work cycle of the project from design to execution, commissioning and handing over.
- a Go-getter and Task Master
- have hands on experience in design coordination with consultants and works coordination with multiple contractors and vendors
- have understanding of MEP Services viz. Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Airconditioning, BMS, etc.
- adept at Implementing the highest standards of Quality Control
- Familiar with Document & Effectively implement Multiple Contracts of the project including needful effective correspondence
