Job Description :

- This role is about providing a Professional Project Management discipline and service as well as civil engineering domain knowledge for design and execution of various Infrastructure Projects in South Asia. Projects could span across building new Factories, Warehouses, Schools, and Offices including MEP services.

- In doing so, there is need to manage and influence a diverse array of cross-functional teams and relationships, towards a common goal, across all operational and support functions within firm as well as external stakeholders for successful delivery of the projects to required cost, quality and time standards.

Delivering Infrastructure Projects ensuring the following :

That the design is as per the required plan, specifications & quality as per industry standards including the following :

- Preparation and reviewing of BOM, BOQ, Specifications and SOI

- Proper estimation and budgeting of the project

- Preparation of project plan with milestones

- Obtaining of all required statutory approvals

Execution of Tendering / Bidding process including :

- Shortlisting of probable Bidders viz: Architects, Consultants, Contractors and Vendors

- Negotiations of Cost, Terms & Conditions with Bidders

- Preparation of Bid Evaluation Report (BER), recommendation of the right Bidder(s)

- Issue of LOI / LOE, entering into Contracts and Agreements with the selected Bidder(s)

- Delivery of the activities of the project as per the project plan.

- Identifying issues and risks with recommendation of mitigation plans.

- Reporting to stakeholders on the progress of the project.

- Certifying work done
