- Oversee all aspects of design, procurement and construction of project.

- The role will include responsibility for identifying, prequalifying, contracting and managing key partners such as professional firms (architects, engineers, surveyors etc.) as well as contractors.

- The critical challenges will be to deliver the pipeline to budget, to time and to a high level of quality finish.

- The Project Manager will report to the VP - Projects and should be able to work closely with all members of the team.

- Key accountabilities are to develop a construction strategy for assigned site that demonstrates clear alignment to the business goals within a rapidly growing and changing environment. So, that the efforts are always focused, synergies maximized and wasted effort/duplication is removed.

- Implement a rigorous mentality of project management through value added reporting and deployment of appropriate resources to ensure that all sites are delivered on time, to budget and to quality leaving no stone unturned to ensure delivery.

- Pipelines continuously look for innovative and effective ways of constructing our pipeline cost effectively and speedily whilst not compromising on quality.

- Galvanize and focus both the internal and external teams to ensure no stone is left un turned and all barriers to cost effective delivery are reviewed and knocked down.

- Foster and engender a climate that encourages others to seek out new opportunities that will deliver long-term value for Projects.

- Commercial Flair Through a deep and thorough understanding of the construction market, actively seeks out opportunities to re-engineer the design / construction process. Assist in developing strategy that delivers long- term value in terms of efficient usage and expected life whilst balancing with sustainability considerations.

- Recommend and deliver ways to drive more value from our assets.

Minimum 14 years of experience in end to end execution of large Projects

B.Tech/B.E. - Civil

MBA preferred
