Job Description :
- Lead the planning, coordination and control of projects from inception to completion.
- Establish excellent working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of the project
- Establish and implement the Project Management Plan
- Develop the project budget and manage expenditure to achieve completion within budget.
- Establish and control the project master programme
- Monitor compliance with the construction program and identify mitigation plans if the project is in delay
- Implement change control processes
- Proactively identify risks and issues and formulate risk mitigation plans
- Chair meetings and ensure minutes are actioned in a timely manner
- Provide timely regular reporting on project progress, cost, key risks and decisions required.
- Assess and resolve site coordination issues
- Carry out contract administration duties including issuing payment certificates
- Manage the planning and implementation of Health & Safety before and during construction
- Manage and coordinate the project handover and close out phases
Qualification And Experience :
i. BE or Diploma in Civil with 7-12 Years of Experience in Interior Fit outs with Leading IPC & should have for Retail or Commercial or F&B Industry.
ii. Team management and managing large number of projects parallelly (small to medium scale) to ensure smooth execution, timely completion, quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
iii. Excellent portfolio of previous works.
iv. Artistic ability, vision and creativity.
v. Projects and time management skills.
vi. Communication and time management skills
vii. Acting as an interface between the client, contractors and consultants to resolve all project issues and arrive at optimal solutions.
viii. Accomplishing site visits PAN INDIA for different projects and preparing relevant documentation including agenda, site visit reports and minutes of meetings.
ix. Organizing weekly review meetings of the in-house project team and sorting out all collaboration issues.
x. Maintaining the quality of all the documents with the required level of detailing at each stage.
