Job Responsibilities:

Major responsibilities of the profile would be as follow:

- Operation & execution of entire project in all aspect technical, commercial, cliental coordination, consultant coordination.

- Co-ordination with field team, supporting team (Quality control, Quantity surveyor, P&E, P&A, Store, procurement etc.) Contractors, Subcontractors to ascertain the daily work progress and quality as per technical specifications

- Executing day-to-day contracts, commercial administration during execution stages and finally extra claims of Change of Scope (COS) towards achieving the targeted financial objectives and keep in view of arbitration management.

- Project Management, Contract Management and Project Execution & Completion on time with proper Quality, Safety Management

- Prepare working drawings for the construction of various components of the Highway project.

- Implement the quality assurance and quality control provisions during the construction of the project.

- Ensure execution of works on site as per Specification and Standards.

- Implementation of effective project management. .

- Prepare the work program.

- Prepare the construction methodology w.r.t. sound environmental standards.

- Prepare the site establishment requirements and construction plants and equipment.
