Project Manager (Luxury Villas Project/ Residential/Commercial)

- Responsible for the strategy and delivery of a major Luxury Villa Project in Maharashtra. Responsible for managing and driving the nominated sub-contractors and main contractor. Responsible for the delivery of all site wide construction activities, through the supervision of all packages and relevant sub consultants and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Carry out continuous inspection of the site and ensure that the project is being implemented as per the standards set by the Head Office

- Support the Site Engineers in ensuring compliance of site activities with the Project Plan

- Monitor the construction process and adjust schedules as needed

- Ensure employees are provided with information, instruction, and training to follow the correct methods of work

- Support compliance with the site disciplinary procedures and zero tolerance policy

- Taking needed action to overcome any sudden and unexpected changes

- Control labour service contractors and supplier services

- Prepare reports and submit them to senior management

Qualification And Experience:

i. BE or Diploma in Civil with at least 8-15 years of experience in construction of Luxury Villa projects/ Residential/ Commercial.

ii. Has expertise to take project from preconstruction to closeout

iii. Self- starter

iv. Possesses strong team management skills

v. Has excellent verbal and written skills

vi. Confident and effective at delivering formal presentations in front of others

vii. Has strong problem-solving skills and seek to resolve issues with a win-win outcome

viii. Maintains the highest level of professionalism at all times

ix. Leads by example, displaying honesty and integrity

x. Demonstrates a strong commitment to exceptional customer service
