Project Manager - Manufacturing (14-20 yrs)

Responsibilities:

1. To follow current good manufacturing practices.

2. Review and maintain Fire hydrant tender package and finalized within budget. Excavation part to be done as per timelines.

3. All legal and statutory compliance with budget level.

4. The DISH approval drawings are done with the agreed timeline.

5. Prepare, apply Ensuring all CFE compliance and other requirements.

6. Ensuring all EC compliance and other requirements are completed as per the agreed timeline.

7. PESO license requirement and license is manageable into the budget.

8. Ensured Design calculations are in place in terms of legal, Standards and statutory requirements.

9. Ensured one-time document delivery from approved vendor against the Cipla's standard.

10. Ensure the Legal approvals of DISH, KSPCB,fire tender, PESO etc

11. Techno commercial comparisons are under process tuned finalized format with max information.

12. Fire tender packages review and process along with BOQ and layouts.

13. Detailed discussions will be planned Pre & Post bids to ensure Vendors are in line with our quality & safety standards, same minute for ref.

14. Ensured Make & Model of all equipment reviewed & finalized accordance with Cipla's standard.

15. Ensured all drawings are shared with vendor along with tender to maintain the Cipla's std during execution.

16. Ensuring and reviewing all legal and statutory compliance.

17. Ensure and review all layouts and BOQs to meet the requirements.

18. Recommended and discussed with CFT and incorporate lacking compliance into project.

19. Compling all KSPCB compliance and requirements on time.

20. Ensure all FIRE NOC reequipments and discussion done with CFT and incorporated in to Fire tender package.

21. Ensuring free accident, Incident and near miss while execution of the project.

22. Implement work permit system, while initial work like (Cable unloading, excavation, shifting works, Hot work, Confined space and etc).

23. Incident, Non-Conformity, and Corrective Action : Implement reporting process; Ensure appropriate documentation, investigations & CAPA and effective closure.

24. Review difference level of Hazard studies (Concept, Layout, P&ID, Commissioning, and validation Hazops, Departmental wise risk assessment).

25. Prepare risk assessment and risk register to mitigate the potential hazard in the project.

26. Based on the risk factors, ensure the implementation of CAPA in the project execution.

27. Finding suitable PPEs and matrix has been finalized based on the project activities.

28. Prepare and review risk register once every month.

29. Ensure existing EHS activity status updates and adding the new inputs by proper assessment.

30. Finding all EHS gaps and recommending the best practices.

31. Finding all non-compliances and suggest permeant solution.

32. Successful completion of PESO registration and Provisional application of uploading to PESO portal in time.

33. Perform site inspection/documents Review to recommend noncompliance in EHS.

34. Verify and implement all EHS standards applicable to the project and related activities.

35. Shortlist the EHS (safety) site execution person & ensure his onboard.

36. PMC in charge has been evaluated & submitted the rating against the EHS performance.

37. Emergency plan preparation and approval as per timelines.

38. Finding lacking areas and recommended best practices.

39. Perform department wise risk assessment, to recommend effective safety precautions.

40. Finding impact of the legal and statutory compliance.

41. Any other responsibility allocated by Site Heads and site EHS Head.

42. To carry out any other duties that may be allocated from time to time.

43. Plan and implement the documented internal audit plan in terms of EHS with regular intervals.

44. Prepare a training plan and organize different types of training as per the defined schedule.
