- Single point of contact with customer

- Responsible for planning, scheduling and meeting objectives of the project

- Responsible for understanding the scope of work and specifications.

- Responsible for preparing project plan and using it as basis for monitoring and control.

- Responsible for Inter-disciplinary coordination as required.

- Ensures implementation of specification changes and feedback.

- Ensures Design and Model reviews

- Responsible for tracking the Status of the deliverables

- Attending project review meetings

- Preparation of progress report

- Preparation of progress measurement, certification from client

- Preparing Forecast & Catch-up plans

- Arranging training

- Awareness to Quality systems like ISO:9001

Skills Required:

Technical

- Project Management software

- Brief idea of Design, Drafting & Modeling software- s

- MS-Office skills are a must.

Communication

- Able to manage internal and external communications

- Fluency in written and oral communication

Planning and Organizational Skills

- Ability to manage competing deadlines and prioritizing workload in a busy environment

- Proven capacity to plan ahead, factor multiple variables, use own initiative in planning tasks

Qualification & Experience

Bachelors/ MastersMechanical Engineer with 10+ years of work experience in Petrochemical/ Refinery/Power/ Oil & Gas/ Process
