We are Urgently Hiring for Project Manager with leading Pharmaceutical Brand in India based at Mumbai.

Profile Details:

Profile : Project Manager

Based Location : Mumbai

CTC : Would depend on the candidate experience & exposure background.

Ideal Incumbent Profile

Qualification: Master's Degree in a Pharmaceutical Discipline, MBA desirable.

Experience: A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in project management

similar role & responsibilities from formulation development, ORAL DOSAGE, Solid oral dosage, Tablets etc.

Age: Maximum upto 40 years

Job Purpose Statement

Core objective of this role ism, Ensures the continuous flow of projects from concept to launch of product in market and track each project in terms of direction, time & cost.

Track each project on a daily basis. Summarize weekly and monthly report covering direction, time & cost.

Report variances to R & D head

Higher probability of achieving in-house targets

- Ensure timely coordination/communication between R&D and HO/Plant

Early signal of major risk/challenges at R&D stage,

- Allows to prioritize projects over another

- Prevents further R&D cost escalations if investment can be prevented/prioritized

Skills:

- Must have superior organizational skills and excellent communication skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office and prior exposure to timeline software tools (e.g. MS Project) is required.

- Flexibility and creativity to adapt to changes inherent within a research environment.

- Original thinker with good problem-solving skills.
