Technical Competencies - In Depth Knowledge In Multidiscipline Engineering Projects In Oil And Gas, Power Plants, Water Treatment, Plants, Refineries And Petrochemicals
Responsibilities :
- Guide, Coordinate, Monitor And Control Of Multi Discipline Engineering Activities Through Respective Leads And Designers
- Communicate The Project Objectives, Scope, Milestones, Contract Terms And Conditions, Budgets To The Project Team
- Identify Critical Execution Issues And Prepare A Look Ahead Schedule
- Plan And Implement The Engineering Activities On Projects And According To Project Execution Model Under The Direction Of Engineering Head
- Act As A Primary Contact And Maintain Good Customer Relations
- To Prepare Project Execution Plan, Project Coordination Procedure, Project Quality Plan And Man Power Projection Plan
- Establish Change Management System, Monitor And Control
- To Prepare Project Risk Analysis, Review The Same Periodically And Implement Corrective And Preventive Actions
- Update Man Power Projection Plan On Monthly Basis And Liaise With Department Leads For Allocation Of Suitable Resources
- Conduct Periodic Project Review Meetings With The Project Team
- Preparation Of Weekly, Monthly Project Status Reports, Participate In Project Review Meetings Including Client Review Meetings
- Ensure Team Is Motivated And Promote An Atmosphere For Continuous Improvement
- Have Extensive Experience In Cost And Schedule Management
- Familiar With Both Domestic And International Codes And Standards
