Project Manager - Process Improvement (10-12 yrs)
Our client a major FMCG company is currently seeking a Project Manager to join their expanding team.You will be responsible to support the Management by analyzing, coordinating and managing CAPEX related industrial projects (Mechanical, Electrical etc- .).
- He will conduct feasibility studies on projects and carry out assignments delegated by the department head.
Accountabilities :
We are looking at someone with 5-6 years of relevant experience i.e. experience in handling projects in an FMCG and should be six sigma's certified/with an exposure to six sigma's. Their total experience could be around 10 years which could include experience in Quality / Production
Capacity Planning and Detailing
Optimization of Capacities and Capacity Planning
Capacity de-bottlenecking, automations
Equipment / supplier identification and finalization of equipment's
Process guarantee Trails at Vendor
Process Improvement Initiatives
Standardization of processes
Waste reduction projects
Productivity and cost reduction projects
Driving Productivity improvement initiatives
Optimization of Capacities and Capacity Planning
Implementation of continuous improvement process
Development and Implementation of Quality Systems
Review of all Projects
Implementation of Quality Circles, SGA, six sigma
Skills & Qualifications :
- 10+ years of solid project management experience in plastic manufacturing (preform, injection molding) is a MUST
- Preferably B. E ( Mech ) OR Chemical Engineering degree from a top university
- Strong communicator and fluency in English
- Skilled at interacting with all levels in the organization
- Demand and delivers high quality work through attention to detail
