Project Manager - Real Estate (12-15 yrs)
One of our esteemed clients is looking for a Project Manager, to be based in Ahmedabad. The role is for growth-oriented people with entrepreneurial mindset.
About Client :
- Our client company has amassed vast experience of over two decades through the vision and entrepreneurial spirit of the founders,
- The experience of the company varies from land acquisition, authority liaising, planned development, identification of project types and locations as well as construction development and maintenance of projects commissioned under residential / commercial / retail / plotting or industrial.
Responsibilities :
- Determine and define scope of work and deliverables.
- Predict resources needed to complete project.
- Obtain necessary permits, approvals, and other regulatory prerequisites.
- Draft and submit budget based on scope of work and resource requirements.
- Manage costs in order to meet budget.
- Candidate must have 10 to 15 years experience.
- Provide direction over contracts and subcontracts.
- Manage schedule and activities.
- Issue progress updates as needed regarding costs and timelines.
- Ensure work is done in compliance with all relevant building and safety codes.
- Select and manage subcontractor and supplier relationships.
- Coordinate efforts across entire project between architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors.
